Property 127 Ltd buys homes in its own name and later sells the homes it already owns. The house is ours in between.
We are on Park Road in Eastham, on the Wirral. A question about a house we hold, or a house you want us to look at, comes by email.

We walk the rooms, look at the outside from the path, and decide whether the house is one we want to own. If it is, we buy it. The name on the purchase is ours.
We do not find a buyer for someone else’s house. If you want us to consider buying yours, say so on the contact page and include the address.

A sale is only of a house already in our name. Viewings are at a time we agree. Questions about the rooms or the garden come by email, and we answer from what we know of that house.
If the house is not ours, we say so. We do not take a fee to list a home that belongs to somebody else.

Before we buy, we want the address and whether anyone is living there. We do not arrive without a time. A few photographs help.
